Government regulations unnecessarily kill people’s ability to provide for themselves. If you feel like buying tacos from some dude in his driveway is unsafe, then don’t buy the fucking tacos. Don’t remove his ability to sell them, and my ability to buy them.

I know in California during the pandemic the governor released or lifted restrictions if that's how you made your money prior to the shutdowns you could cook out of your kitchen

I really don’t see why not, I mean people have gathering in their homes and weddings without regulations and parties with taco guys. Why now make money in this horrible year. Everyone should be able to use talents they have to make money if they can.
