This is nice, but what happens July 1st (when moratorium ends)? People living paycheck to paycheck, get laid off, fall behind on bills (for x amount of months), economy improves, so the-hired or new job—New job is likely comparable income—still LIVING PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK!

At that point, another solution would have to be found. No one can expect to live free in someone else's house for years on end. In many cases, landlords also pay tenants' heat/AC, water, etc.

Actually this is a joke, most states are still allowing owners to evict tenets, yet state is still receiving federal funding for this exact reason obviously the state is filling their coffers and not issuing assistance or preventing evictions
