Other ships have begun moving through the canal again, with the first ones carrying livestock, authorities say. From the city of Suez, ships stacked with containers could be seen exiting the canal into the Red Sea.

At least 113 of over 420 vessels that had waited for the container ship Ever Given to be freed are expected to cross the Suez Canal by Tuesday morning.
