Good morning! Together We All Can Make Rich https://letusmakeyourich.com/ Every problem is a gift–without problems we would not grow. — Tony Robbinspic.twitter.com/WX4rn7JMjW
Who the hell is Rich?
Hope they have umbrella insurance. I can't believe they'd go after them like that.
That's excessive for people who were just minding their own business, nobody got killed, they reported it first hand, provided evidence. Now the state wants to fine them for that much? That's not justice.
They ignored posted warnings. I think it's a bad idea to prosecute them like this. There are a LOT of people who go skiing or snowboarding where they're not supposed to. This just means that if someone causes an avalanche, they'll never report it.
My buddys brother had to eat himself out of an avalance in 1999.https://www.deseret.com/1999/2/8/19422822/buried-alive-3-victims-of-avalanche-almost-gave-up-before-rescue-br-but-companion-died-in-nevada-3-k …
That’s punitive vengeance. Did those guys dump all that snow on the mountain?
@AndrewBucholtz you better stay on the trails!
That district attorney is completely divorced from reality. Of course this will put a chill on avalanche reporting if people think they’ll be jailed and/or bankrupted for it. Come on.
