wait, someone is at least trying to resolve issues instead of tweeting?

I’m sure prior to announcing this he sought the unwavering approval of the half dozen family members he appointed to positions they were nowhere near qualified for. Then, they all tweeted together. Only the best tweets. Everyone knows this. The double bestest.

Aaah yes, let's force businesses that are barely afloat around the country to be forced, overnight, to pay their workers massively more. Its gradual to allow businesses time to accompany the wage changes. And so thousands of people dont get fired overnight too.

Welcome to the land of the short shift! You get paid super well! But you get no hours! Also no mom and pop shops/start ups can afford to pay someone 15 an hour when they open a business. Welcome to your dark dismal 2021!

Gradual increase - In other words, by the time it gets to $15 an hour, people will need $20 at least. But Congress is sure quick to give themselves raises.

Now is not the time to raise minimum wage. With businesses already struggling to bring back customers and business, it’ll take a toll on them if the minimum wage goes up as well. Maybe when all is well and businesses are thriving, yes but don’t force the little guy to shut down.
