Not essential, but it's interesting why all placard are written in English. English isn't an official language in Myanmar.

The placards are written in both English and Myanmar. In previous days, most are in our language and the dictators made it seems confusing for international communities. We learned and are making our intentions clear to the world that WE REJECT MILITARY COUP.

It’s MUCH MORE than 1,000 or even thousands. Millions of people from all walks of life across the whole country are going out on the street to protest the military coup and to demand for democracy. GIVE BACK DEMOCRACY

It's not democracy when you make 1.5m people stateless and commit genocide against them.
