It would seem, on the surface, communities of color are impacted more by pollution, the pandemic, poverty and a whole host of negative conditions than are white people. Now, it seems they are also being impacted by efforts to restrict their voting rights. Coincidence or design?

The thing is, Appalachia is 99% white in most places & I NEVER hear of any programs specificallt for them. Theyve lost Ag, factory & now coal, which is good in the long run, & yet when We hear talk of such matters they are ignored. This is absurd & willfully blind.
