If the Biden Administration truly believes that no president is above the law then it should also rescind the DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) 1973 memo that a sitting president cannot be indicted.

I’m not sure an executive order can nullify judicial precedent, but whatever the mechanism needs to be, that protection has to go. Accountability needs to be a thing again.

No, it was massive unpopular and it's well known as there is often protests and whatnot outside ICE facilities that cage those children. Dweebs often misunderstand what is unpopular as that is their own natural state.
