Doesn't it work that way with all illnesses? Hospitals are the last place you want to be.

1. They are sending away those they would normally take. 2. They are telling those same people if they get worse, come back, but we still won't have a bed for you or a place to transfer you to. Basically, you are on your own and good luck.
