'The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie - deliberate, contrived and dishonest - but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic. Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.' ~~John F. Kennedy
I suddenly started wondering... what happens to a person that is on the way to the polling station to vote but gets arrested. (as example: for punching a MAGA in his face because he blocked your path on a bridge) How does that person then ensured their right to vote?
Checking a state or drivers' ID isn't a big deal. Everyone can get one, and needs them for many other things. Check my drivers' license: I want to know that they checked at the precinct and my vote has not been stolen by someone else. Why doesn't anyone else want that?
