Exactly. The concept of Separation of Church and State is getting lost. It should be emphasized every single day.

If Amy Coney Barrett upholds Roe v. Wade she faces excommunication. Pope Benedict warned Catholic politicians they risked excommunication from the Church and should not receive communion if they support abortion. Do you really think she will support Roe?
-
She’s not a politician. She’s a judge. If she cannot uphold SC precedent then she’s not qualified. And Pope Benedict isn’t the pope anymore.

"that can’t be overruled." She is saying it isn't settled like Brown vs. Board is because there are still cases on it. However, that doesn't mean it SHOULD be overturned. Just that it isn't super-precedent.

Why doesn't the Legislature pass a law giving women the right to an abortion..?
-
Who in the Legislature would vote against it?Most conservatives.

Dafuq is a “super-precedent”?
-
Super precedent means you point to that one case as the underlying reference for a law and its ruling. Basically it is the most important reference and is given more credibility
