Exactly what does a temp check do? What if people are asymptomatic?

Haven’t we been told from day 1 there is a 15 day incubation period? And during this period the virus is contagious? So why were temperature checks ever a valid test?

My company just rolled out VitalCheck. They must have paid a pretty penny to administer the program to all of our employees. Seems worthy enough for the employer to cover their obligations to keep the workplace safe and easy for us users to comply. We still do temp checks tho.

Nope. Will make them more dangerous. People will drop their guard and the asymptomatics will spread it like butter on hot toast. Waste of time.
