All 4 areas have increasing positivity rates per John Hopkins on 7/30. Texas and Florida decreased testing per John Hopkins. Not sure why you think this means leveling off?

Our population is small but we're only trending up here in
#Montana in cases and fatalities. Why? No one distances or wear masks. Nurses here think it's a hoax or a curiosity. Leadership is paralyzed by fear of 'insurrection over mask-wearing' and we can't process tests.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Interesting that all of the sudden, since hospitals now report directly to HHS, that the numbers are magically improving rapidly. I call complete and utter bs.

Yeah, I know places like Johns Hopkins are trying, but I wonder how accurate the numbers are now that the CDC has been cut out of the loop and the HHS databases are reportedly non-transparent. I'd like to see
@AP dig deeper into that.
