This is a difficult issue but what about States Rights? Since when does the federal government dictate local education policy? Local as in state/town/county/city level.

Since most of what Trump and the Republicans that follow him blindly have said and done are wrong, It's logical to conclude that they are wrong here as well. They have never truly taken the virus seriously, and have only thought about its financial implications.

The “not open at all” is misleading. Does that mean no school or does it mean distance learning? Distance learning does not imply schools not open. So does the 2nd question “major adjustments” mean distance learning or is that in person with major differences?
