Well I have tables in my room which are five feet long and spaced two feet apart between each one and the walls so it’s physically impossible to “spread them out”

THIS! In my district, the vast majority of parents want in-person school (though we will be 100% for 3 wks). My CR was too small for 24 kids last year (My largest was 28, and even THAT’S small compared to others in US!). How on earth do I spread them out if most all are back?!

And to think schools were bad before. Mandatory masks, physical separation, no outside time. I'd rather keep my kid at home then send them to a literal reeducation camp. It was only metaphorical before.
