Just saying it is the BLACK national anthem makes it racist... but then again that is what NAACP. is good at. Keeping racism alive so they have a reason to be.

Saying it doesn’t make it so. No where in the hymn does it make that claim. Folks just like to label things, appropriate or not. The press is trying to make it something it’s not. That said, it’s a really good hopeful American song.

It's a heck of a lot better than "The Star-Spangled Banner", which is a lot of musically horrible gibberish about an obscure and unimportant battle. Of course, most of the noise that was spewed out by The Osmonds is better than the current anthem.
