The higher the voter turnout the better the result for Democrats. Same goes for Gerrymandering and the electoral college.

AP...I don’t think our Kentucky county has ever been better prepared. Every day for a month we’ve been encouraged to vote by mail or in person. And I live in a low income community. I think this is the opposite of disenfranchisement. We’ve expanded.
