It's not just deadly force, it's the entire criminal justice system. Something happens at a store and the suspect is described as a black male. Suddenly every black male in the vicinity is a suspect.

A black person is more likely to defy a policeman than a white one. They think law doesn't apply to them

Wrong...there's countless videos of white dudes literally fighting the police and are some how miraculously apprehended unscathed but your bias blinds you to facts I'm sure...

What does the data tell us? We certainly have seen violence against black Americans at the hands of the police on videos and stories recently. However, in order for us to have solid dialogue around this topic, give me solid data vs. polls/opinions/emotions.
