“sting-ball” grenades, which contain 25g of TNT high-explosive. France is the only European country where crowd-control police use such powerful grenades. Many hands/feet/eyes where lost by the GLI-F4 grenade.

Criminals don’t like police who are armed with anything...just issue them flashlights and a whistle, all the discontent will disappear.

Seems Police don't know Diff or willfully ignore who is N is not a criminal. Excessive force by police is systemic N difficult to asses when police deem loyalty above Duty. Weak or self-serving leaders will emphasize loyalty over duty under the guise of “good order N discipline.

I'm sure usage of stun guns can be examples of excessive police violence if recipient is an unarmed, cooperative person who is not involved in criminal activity but gets zapped anyway. But if % of people killed by stun guns is 0% and % of those choked to death is >, Team Stun Gun

Going out on a limb by saying that killing unarmed people is excess police violence ....So a stun gun is actually a step up.
