Can someone help this make sense when we literally all been on house arrest since February. And on top of that we can only leave the house between 8-8 because everything else is closed. I’m not believing this at all

Data is per 100 million miles driven, not gross deaths. When I’ve gone out to drive it seems like everyone is driving much faster than they were previously, resulting in more fatalities

Well now all the "they're listing all deaths as Covid because they wanna hurt Trump" folks can take a seat
-
Well we already know they aren't going to argue in good faith so I'm sure they'll find a way to justify not taking a seat

“Virus restrictions” are eliminated when you go by “per mile” rates. Of course they’re up, we’re not waiting 30 minutes in traffic going 5-10 mphs, we’re going 65-75 for every mile we drive. Nothing alarming about it at all.

Okay, you want raw numbers too? Here's MN via
@StarTribune: "There have been 24 fatal crashes in Minnesota since March 16 ... through Tuesday [April 7] ... For that period last year, the fatal crash total was 12, with 13 in 2018 and 16 in 2017." People are driving horribly.
