It worked for me. Lost 35lbs in 2019. Just eating within a window and not going crazy with meal portions. Still ate bread, sugary food and things I liked. It’s sustainable in the long-term. Full disclosure though, I did pair it with exercising regularly.

It works. I lost 18 lbs doing it. I eat like a pig whatever I want when it’s time to eat (which is not what they advise btw).... steak, fries, ice cream etc.... and u get used to it. I’m a little hungry about 2 hours prior to time to eat but nbd. My eating window is 4 hrs
