Floating cities may help this situation provide forest to capture the suns energy. Even Pluto is heating up and there are no humans there. It's not just global warming it's solar system warming and beyond. Also don't confuse CO with CO2 we breath out CO2 for trees to use = O2

Pluto's orbit takes 248 years. Pluto was discovered in 1930. Warming of Pluto could be seasonal since we have no idea what a season on Pluto looks like. If the sun was the source, the atmosphere would be warming top to bottom. We see stratospheric cooling, tropospheric warming.
