Nearly every species that has ever walked, slithered or crawled is already extinct. Change is an inevitable part of nature.

The eastern owls are only spreading into the range of the endangered owl as a result of land conversion due to humans. Anyone who says ‘let nature take care of it’ fails to realize that humans made a mess and need to clean up after ourselves. Not any different from littering.
