The House of Representatives is not in a supervisory position over the The Executive. The branches are coequal. That means The House can't demand documentation or witness testimonies unless there are valid reasons for doing so, and not "We're looking for impeachable offenses" LOL

Yet the impeachers can't name a law they think he broke. They want to remove the first president for a vague "high crime" that is no crime, and they won't follow the precedent of the 20th century impeachments by formally opening an inquiry, because they fear ACCOUNTABILITY
