Why are the victims always blamed? Simple! It's a male run system, women have little to no real authority or power. Men are thus able to demonise the women to both keep them "in their place" & maintain their power & it's woven into the fabric of life!

It had a chance to change when a democratically elected leader was put in power which of course was taken away by a U.S supported coup which installed a military dictator.
