those live-streams resemble guerrilla tactics. Highly unlikely to be deterred

"Craig Futterman, a University of Chicago law professor, said deadly force should be a last resort and police need to assess a developing situation and look for a way to de-escalate." Indeed!

#BIAS - The issue with bias (Misogynist/Racism/Religion/etc) is that it means the victim is given ZERO (or maybe ONE) chance, whereas those privileged are given many. So black men get shot in USA, White Women are few in CEO positions (black less...doublebias), etcThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I just don't understand fatally shooting people! Why not shoot to disable them? Just shoot them in the arm or knee? Why the hell does the law enforcement nation wide insist on shooting to kill people? I can see doing that when some idiot is on a killing spree. But in general? WTF

There're big differences between someone who is trying to kill you, someone who just doesn't care if they die, and someone who wants to die. One is an immediate threat. One is a possible threat. One is no threat. With police it only needs to be possible. and this guy knew it.

These are Minneapolis’s finest? I’m sure there’s room for improvement! Gone are the days where a human life actually had worth in the eyes of the law. We are seen as a threat. Gone are the days where police actually used a more sensible approach...time distance and cover.
