Hu. I wonder what the ratio of stable countries too unstable countries is these days. Actually, I'm really curious what the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists thinks the time is right now.

South Korea was illegally flowing hydrogen fluoride etc to North Korea,Syria,China and Iran. 156 times in 4 years. 2015〜2019. S.Korea is support of terrorism. So Japan has decided to control exports to Korea. It's not a sanction. Korea doesn't keep international law.

Ship-to-ship cargo transfer with North Korea is a violation of UN sanctions. So JAPAN, USA, UK , Canada, France, Australia,New Zealand are monitoring North Korea. Korea doesn't participate in monitoring.

Yes a lot of bad history with Japan and South Korea, but unfortunately it’s a senseless argument, if they don’t get their act together, North Korea will crush both countries. Sense doesn’t equal to common sense. Then again u have SK & NK leading by example.
