Poor leadership. Honesty, integrity and transparency are crucial in restoring the public's trust and faith in the Boeing product.

No level headed person is accusing Boeing of out right negligence. They designed a system with good intentions and it failed. It's not the first time, won't be the last. However, full admission of the problem & transparency would have yielded greater confidence from the public.
