It's written with different kanji. It's written as 令和. Roughly means declaration of peace, as 令 (rei) is a kanji associated with an order/declaration, and 和 (wa) is associated with peace and harmony.

New era is “Reiwa” It is from Manyoshu 万葉集 Japan’s oldest poem anthology in 7th century “初春の令月にして 気淑く風和ぎ 梅は鏡前の粉を披き 蘭は珮後の香を薫らす” In this context, Rei 令means “Good and Beautiful” not “Order” Wa 和 means “Harmony and Peace”
