        This makes me want to use FedEx and UPS more often. Good luck in court, sir- USPS always brags about how they are NOT a government agency until they need to go to court apparently.

        So is a Gov entity a person or not under litigation? He was issued U.S. Patent No. 6,826,548. consulted with post office and they stole his idea and patent. Hope he gets big money for years of unlicensed use and intellectual property theft
