Because there’s no change in dietary recommendations. They are the foundation of lowering cholesterol. As a medical provider we always start there, but it doesn’t always “easily” lower cholesterol.

Sounds to me like the supplement industry and it's sycophants (ie you) market inert and useless "treatments" that are shown to have no benefit whenever subjected to scientific studies. Sounds like they make a fortune off people's hard earned money WITHOUT providing benefit.
