This is bullshit as “any decision to halt the U.S. refueling will likely have little impact on the fight, but will allow the Trump administration to say it has taken action against the Saudis for the devastation in Yemen.”

This is not trump “standing up” to the Saudis, this is joint propaganda by trump & Saudi Arabia in order to alleviate pressure on trump to take action against Saudi Arabia for #Khashoggi - meanwhile, we will still take Saudi money & give them weapons to kill civilians in Yemen

Meanwhile, at home, Republicans are busy trying to not count our votes in GA, FL & AZ & we continue to get gunned down by home grown white male terrorists who are state funded by the NRA & GOP.

That's too soft a punishment. Iran has not done anything similar but they are being punished harshly.

Exactly.... @Netanyahu and Israel's IDF kills innocent Palestinians almost on a daily basis yet we give them $38 billion dollars in aide. Meanwhile children in Flint Michigan are still drinking poisoned water.

Wow! After they gave them weapons they use for killing Yemeni people. And I figure Saudi A. has enough petrol for planes without USA.

So, Saudis didn't know how to fuel the planes? Or didn't have the fuel?

Lack of training for the new technology and operating model after upgrading the saudi air force fighter jets that used emerging refueling systems, but now the alliance fixed up this gap as per the alliance and CNN.

Another important thing, the alliance fighters so diverse (French - US - UK - Russian), every for example the French and uk jets refueling model is different than US (point connect refueling - basket refulingpic.twitter.com/2CqoWjsHZq

American tankers can also refuel using probe and drogue.

Indeed thats why we relied on USAF, we dont have the technology and trained manpower until we purchased new tankers.

Hasn’t RSAF has had its own KC-135 for boom refuelling, as well as KC-130 for probe and drogue?

RSAF had KC-135 but outdated versions that only used boom connect to refuel eagles(KC-135-RT) while c130 refueling tornadoes(I admit it’s a strange deployment). RSAF currently deployed air-buss A330MRTT retiring KC135 and C130.
