“Theirs were perhaps the most needless deaths of WWI: The soldiers killed in the final minutes and hours of fighting in the trenches, even after the ceasefire was signed with Germany. @rcasert reports: http://apne.ws/Q4NxiDy pic.twitter.com/HOMcjhiLQc

A bunch of of old men making war over nothing. Arrogant democracies that caused a second world war.

I know. But Libs and Dems and other decent folk go after CW monuments that celebrate traitorous losers. Your beef here is with the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, not us.

No it's with you. Democrats and leftist want to tear down a monument that means something and dont want to replace it. Oh and it's been there for nearly 100 years.

Why don't you hop in your time machine, go back about 230 years or so, to Philly, and argue against putting the Establishment clause in the 1st Amendment. You can rail against the fake news free press while you're there. Say hi to the boys.

Considering obama and Democrats have imprisoned more reporters than trump I'm sure you are mistaken.

As long as the deaths were needless. It was Royalty & governments playing war games. Dumbass generals walking whole nations to their death to test each others war machines. All slaughtered & horrendously injured, both mentally & physically.

Leaders of the Allies ordered mass assaults along much of the front at 5 a.m. and to last up until 11 a.m. Troops weren't aware the fighting would end at 11. It was a senseless slaughter. Some officers, knowing the futility of the actions disobeyed and got into trouble over it.
