Good grief Americans, when will you take responsibility for the messes you make?

-
Yes I screwed up on my own and somebody else must pay.
-
I was just tinkering with a bomb, it's not my fault! Bloody gumpowder makers! How could I know something bad would happen?!
-
They’re just following the template that’s unfortunately been set and no doubt there was a fucking lawyer at the funeral promising them millions in a lawsuit

I once asked an American friend if a judge had ever rolled their eyes & thrown the case out & he said nope.

“Family sues because product worked”
-
Article says it exploded before being shot ...product didn’t work as intended
-
Didn’t the article also state it was over filled?
-
The only person saying that was the person being sued which I feel like would be untrustworthy. I’ll rather wait until someone determines how much was put in but that’s just me.
-
Let’s cross our fingers and hope u get selected for jury duty.

Question how old was the powder and shell. And was the tank cannon tested before the firing of it?
-
Tank weapons testing was the dead guys job...
-
Fact then he knew the risks with 70+ year old weapons and the family has no suitable case.

So the man loaded his own shells using the powder provided. I reload for my hunting rifles. If I make a mistake how is the powder company at fault for my screw up?
