Constitutional right? This has not been determined. The
#POTUS has a duty to protect#America.#MigrantCaravan has illustrated violence with mobs, and shooting of Mexican police. -
Has been. "the landmark 1898 case United States v. Wong Kim Ark affirmed that people born in the United States are considered American citizens regardless of their parents' immigration status"https://www.aclu.org/issues/racial-justice/supreme-court-and-14th-amendment …

If it's that simple why were Native Americans not granted citizenship until 1924 even if born inside the United States?
-
For all sorts of terribly racist reasons? Technically, though, many were citizens of the US. Those born on tribal lands were considered to have been born in different nations entirely, so by that they were denied birthright.
-
How was that racist? They belonged to a different nation.
-
Nations created by their captors, so they could be denied Constitutional protections while having their lands stolen and being Trail of Tears marched to their new "nations" but I'm just throwing stuff out there.
-
Today's USA is horrible..... you should renounce your citizenship.

It was never meant for someone crossing into the US for a day to drop their kid then have it become a US citizen. If you haven't denounced your citizenship how can you expect to take on a new one?
