The disease of the far-right is spreading dangerously. However, It isn't unusual for Latin America that a quasi-fascist like Bolsonaro get elected, my concern is that when he doesn't get a functional congress coalition he'll dissolve it as Peru's kleptocrat Fujimori did in 1992.

The disease of the left lasted 16 years and these are the results: biggest recession since 1929 and generalized corruption.

The people saying it’s the end for Brazil and calling this man a “far right fascist” are the people who did the exact same thing when the US elected Trump.
-
-
Both of these have been fact-checked by the campaign. IRT economic/government reform or actual policies you must have nothing, other than “he says mean things” and that sounds familiar

-
I honestly don’t care what someone’s policies are on anything, if they’re happy to make rape threats or say gay people deserve to die then they’re a worthless human being

This is a huge result in the hemisphere. More votes were cast in the Brazil election than the UK and Germany general elections *combined*
-
That stat isn't at all surprising when you consider that Brazil has a population of 209 million, whilst both the UK and Germany combined stand at roughly 148 million. Frankly, if that stat wasn't true, I'd be shocked.

He is not a "far right", stop to label every single politician around the world that do not accept socialism as a far right, just stop that BS and respect other people opinions. And yes he is a populist because people around here are sick of socialist bankrupt social policies.

Why the far-right leaders like Trump, Modi and Netanyaho are getting popular votes? Now Brazil also chose one

Because we hate commies
