Imprisonments by hospitals is very common in Nigeria. I know someone who is still being held by a government hospital two months after official discharge. The lady's family has paid more than three quarters of her bills but the hospital will not let pay the balance from home.

She recovered from a stroke and still has high blood pressure which may result to another stroke if the hospital pressure continues. Her three kids (all below 10years) have been forced to go stay with her in the hospital, sleeping on the floor as there is no facility for them.

and without a universal wage and healthcare, those who cant work will be labeled as those that won't...be thrown into prison, and their cheap labor exploit on and capitalized on, after all coorporations are people too. Peasants work for Kings. We're the peasants.
