        1. Diplomatic / consular immunity does but should not apply to murder and needs to be scrutinized; 2. diplomatic immunity, once extended by host nation to a diplomat cannot be revoked, however the sending nation COULD likely waive or lift the immunity granted to its diplomat.

Turkey is aware of the processes involved in Deaths in Consulates & Embassy so its highly likely a Translation issue or Turkey didn't.

To discard diplomatic immunity is opening Pandora's box.

The only people that can prosecute and punish the perpetrators is the Saudi government they will never give up their immunity.

They never had any immunity to begin with, they were Saudi security officers, not diplomats.

So, Turkey-Erdogan who wanted Flynn's help in rendering another permanent US resident (Fethulla Gülen) to Turkey for a similar fate,... that's who US should trust to hold Saudis accountable for Khashoggi's assassination?

Exactly! Turkey SHOULD have the suspects of killing Khashoggi stand in trial in Istanbul. Diplomatic immunity doesn't give the Diplomatic officials to kill anyone in the host country.
