        Literally everyone has a questionable memory especially if you are talking about 30+ years ago. This testimony will likely no have any effect on the confirmation unless there is more concrete evidence past recollections.

        no but a number of courts in the country are throwing out polygraphs ad evidence due to there unreliability.
