Except the argument here isn’t ideological- are purple communities not on the internet? You can run a moderate message & not change it at all & my message still applies. Dems must run like it’s 2020, not like it’s 2005. That has nothing to do with ideology. It’s about capacity.

You’re absolutely right about us needing a digital first strategy. We also need to get some real internet down here! About 40% of my congressional district doesn’t have high speed internet here in rural Tennessee. Can y’all get that done with our new president?

If you can show that your message has been productive during your time in Congress that would lend credibility to your position. You are still on the fringe at this point, sponsored or co-sponsored 0 bills, and have not been an effective messenger. Message or messenger?

Young people act as if change has never been effected through moderation. You can bang your head against a wall over and over with nothing but a headache to show for it, or you can chip away at the wall and eventually get to the other side. The system is bigger than one person.

We were all young once, but my and previous generations listened as well as forged. You can be that lone voice perceived as screaming and cursing erratically from the outside, or you finesse your message to be palatable to more than just a small percentage.
