The developments of this Senate relief bill are concerning. We are hearing lots of vague statements, but not a single member of Congress has seen actual bill text. It seems to give a *HALF TRILLION DOLLARS* away to big corporations, w/ few worker protections. Half a trillion.

There’s provisions in the bill for help to individuals, supplements to UE, dependents, PT and elderly. Just giving the people money alone would be an inadequate solution. That’s why bailouts for large and small companies must happen, otherwise individual bailouts are pointless

All this shows is people don’t do what they are supposed to do with their money. If people had 6 months of reserves (like they should), no individual bailouts would be needed. I guess the newest phones on the best plans with Starbucks everyday is more important. YOLO!
