Weird how it's never "I am a Democrat, and I hope the Republicans pick a candidate I can vote for." It's always about giving a voice to people who'd like GOPers to dictate Democratic policy.

When I was registered Democrat, I ended up voting for the Republican candidate more often than not. That's when I realized party platforms are a fabrication of nonsense. They're meaningless. Vote for policy and timing in context. No ideology is always right any given time.
