What you’re doing here is probably one of the most important things the new progressive congress members can do for the public. Pushing legislations is great, but arming the public with knowledge will have a ripple effect with a wide reach.

It would take a huge thread of tweets to address this type of issue. Observing that labor is not represented is not shallow or dishonest, just a statement of fact. If above tweets can't help you see what's wrong, a detailed explanation may not help. No offense, just my opinion.

I honestly thought it was common knowledge that all of our congressional representation was purposefully brainwashed by corporate lobbyists and neoliberal economists. Is any of this actually new info?

The factory assembly line level of scale and organization is the news story here. Yeah, everyone knows it's happening, but most assume it's on a more personal level and significantly more subtle. Golf trips, expensive dinners, and such.
