    Today, the SAPO's head selection finally advanced to the next stage.2 candidates passed written test on professional comprehension. Final stage will be a leadership interview.Both should be scored by Selection Commission. The one who gets the most points will become SAPO head.

    Today the HACC approved trial in absentia for ex-CEO of Privatbank Oleksandr Dubilet. This should significantly speed up the prosecution of the misappropriation of funds from Privatbank. Dubilet fled to Israel last year and refuses to return to Ukraine.

    🎉Appellate Chember of the High Anti-corruption court just upheld decision on civil confiscation of unjustified income of MP Illia Kyva (OpZZh) in the amount of 1.3mln UAH (~46,000$). It's the first case of civil confiscation of illicit incomes in Ukraine, hope more will follow.

    The NACP, NABU and HACC leadership will hold a discussion on “Constitutional crisis: a year later”. One year ago, on October 27, 2020, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) ruled №13-r / 2020, which effectively “paused” the e-declarations system and the work of the NACP in general, and helped avoid the responsibility of officials for lying in declarations.
