When I run into challenging ethical situations with work dynamics, I always ask my kids what they would do. A lot of times they have great ideas, and even if they don’t, it gets some great conversations flowing about how to problem solve❤️

In 1966, if you worked 20-hrs a week at minimum wage you'd earn enough to pay your way through the U. of IL. In 2022, working 20-hrs per week at minimum wage, you'll graduate $90,000 in debt. The govt used to prevent student debt by funding universities. We should do it again.
