1/ The Enlightenment is NOT EVEN WRONG. Reason is not the source of progress. It is just a pile of cognitive biases, and vanity. The whole reason vs religion thing is a false dichotomy.

5/ Knowledge is accretive: it accumulates over time. Liberals posit a dichotomy between reason and faith, say that for one to survive the other must perish. It is remarkable how long this error has persisted. They want to throw out religion.
