The point of exit on the space frontier is so vast that relativistic time comes out to play on our evolution. What goes out will not come back human if it comes back at all, and that ignores whatever transhuman experimentation will be tried. Good luck to the equality cultists.

You're all forgetting that space imposes violent material conditions on the individual that both suppress lack of realism culturally, and push evolution forward
