A basic problem with alg gov is that a brain at level x cannot anticipate a consequence of network effects on a population, since that requires x^p brain power, or something approximating it.

Game-based systems are the most overlooked form of organization in the world, and the most understandable, since you can play a game in real life and begin to see its effects. What about game-based production systems to abolish management?
