Yes, you can overdose on vitamin D. The overdose limit is things like 40,000 a day for long periods, or a single 100,000-200,000 hyperdose. Things like that. I may be misremembering the exact numbers, but I could simply look it up again.

There have been approximately 12 recorded cases of vitamin D overdose. And you know how dumb humans are: infants will chug a whole bottle of D capsules on the regular, stuff like that.

That said I wouldn't argue against grabbing some calcium supplementation at the same time. Low D probably helps mask symptoms of low Ca.
