I haven’t found that problem with the word @TheSGEM I have found serious and deadly problems with the therapies they suggest.

It's true that pseudoscience organizations often don't make such claims directly. They crank out vague and legally evasive propaganda which emulates the rough form of real science, and they let their members do the specific lying.

No different from the supplement industry. Everything "supports immune health" (or whatever), never mind that "support" is a meaningless word, and disregard that fine-print disclaimer at the bottom of every ad.
